Bad trader notes maybe can you help

Hi all I paid Fas or his name is Fred Siewert of Romeo MI $300.00 for a boat on International Waters and he has not sent it and does not return my e-mails. Does any one know who this Fas is or were he lives All I know is his name is Fred and goes on here as Fas. If any one can help it would be appreciated. PS this is like 50 day ago. Hi is a member of the Mid-michigan Electrics unlimited club. Any help would be nice Guys

This sucks! There seems to be enough members on here from MI. Do have his street address? Maybe somebody could pay him a visit to collect the boat and ship it to you. How did you pay? Did you use Paypal?

Thanks for your help. I'm trying to get all the info I can on him so I can call the cops in his town. This seems to be the best why to get things done. Internet froud is a crime and the cops will do something about it Pay pal only does if they have money in there account and no one does. I have some info I just need a bit more. Or I hope this will bring him out and send the boat first.

OLD GUY,

I know Fred Siewert MANY MANY years now, He just CD the 2009 Nats and I consider him a very good friend, I have done umpteen million deals with fred and everyone was fine.

I am absolutely sure this this is just a simple miscommunication.

The 2009 Nats took considerable efforts by the MMEU club, and Fred was in the thick of it, not making excuses for him not answering his emails but they may have gotten lost etc, did you send him an email from the forum? or typed his address in your own email provider? if it was sent from the forums it is VERY likely he did not receive it.

OK I just got off the phone with Fred, and he has been working away from home for the last 3 weeks, he is traveling back home now, and he assures me this will be taken care of,

I have just sent you a PM with Freds contact info and after you guys talk I am sure everything will be sorted.


as I said FRED is ABSOLUTELY the most honest Guy I know, he may be slow but HONEST!!!

This sound all good to me. That is why I posted it as a possible bad trader and said I was hoping it was just bad ccommunications. I do not want to hurt any ones rep and I will post to the other sites I was looking for him about the good news. But from my point of view, after this amount of time has passed and no replies I need to do something. I have just been ripped of too many times to just sit back any more and let it go. When the boat gets here I will be the first to put it up on the web and say all is good.

I noticed on RRR everyone jumping to his defense , great he is a swell guy and as good as they get . Ya so whats his excuse for taking your $300.00 doing nothing for 50+ days , there is no miscommunication he took your money is dragging his a$$ . Sorry for being so harsh but in my opinion that is about as ignorant as it gets . When I have something for sale it is packaged up and ready for the post office at a moments notice.......................
