I have dismantled the entire boat after receiving her, because the material that the superstructure was made of was very weak and cracking.
I have installed a new deck (thicker), and built an entirely new superstructure. I have modified the access to the electronics, Now, the whole superstructure seperates from the hull in one piece.
I installed glass cloth and carbon tubes on the hull floor for strength. Racer504 fabricated new aluminum wings for her (still waiting for them to arrive.) CornelP has worked on the graphics she will wear.
Plans include a wood planked inner deck floor and working LED police strobes. Power will come from a Brushed Graupner speed 700 motor.

              Here are the current Pics:

I've been looking around for strobes myself, are you fabbing them or buying em?

                            Thanks again Jim.

Not much progress the last two days, I need paint before I can do much more. What I have done is modified the stand for strength and looks. I have installed the new wings (THANK YOU RACER504) and built the wing guards (keeps the wings from hitting the pier when docking)

Coat hangars? I use em for pushrods but hey, looks like they work.
