    plywood 12x48 1/16-1/8-3/32 ?

Anyone know where I can buy plywood reasonable ?
Looking to build a few boats of my own design, but it may not happen due to the economy.

Thanks for the tip, but I was hoping someone here had a place they used that has really good prices.
The Google thing just leads ya down the same road over and over, and it's usually to another search engine.

No problem. Is there a "Fast Scale" 1/10 hydro in your future plans!!

Let's just say I'm VERY interested in the 10th scale.
I build my sons race boats, if I can get him to quit crashing or needing a boat for a new class.
I can see a 10th scale for dad to play with.
The prices I see at Balsa USA sure makes it alot more likley, thanks again for the tip.

Another great ply source is AircraftSpruce.com - they are big in the homebuilt aircraft arena. There may be a local retailer (probably near/at an airport) who has it in stock. You pay the same for a 48"x96" (4x8' sheet) as you would for 12"x48" other sources.

Just an update on places to buy plywood and balsa, I ordered from these guys because I am on the east coast in Fla.
I think the prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding, they actually have "customer service" and that's saying something in today's world.

I've been using National for a long time and highly recommend them. They were the source for all the mahogany I'm using in my wife's Baby Bootlegger.

Lone Star Balsa (in Texas, of course) is back up and running and their stuff is as good as ever, from what I hear. They had a fire several years back on Thanksgiving but have fully recovered.
