    380 xl help please

looking for the most powerful 380 I can find. Found a feigao 380 6xl at Aztec models, but shipping to US is $49. That's almost as much as the motor! Also, wanted to put the big 380 into a maus micro bullet instead of a 540 to makenit as light as possible. Will this work or is that motor too small? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I think the 380xl and 540s are very close in weight and power. The difference is the 540 motor has a bit more efficiency. The 380 is narrow and long and the 540 is short and fat.

Steven is correct the only difference is can dimensions. Its an overlap in motors in my opinion.

do you think a 380L would push a micro bullet?

That size motor will work in there. I used one for a while in a delta 25. But it died when I lost cooling because of a leaf or something getting caught in the system.

I bought Feigao motors here on OSE. Shipping is/was only $8 -$10 each time. Aztec charges $49 shipping for a motor is expensive.

International shipping is just expensive guys. Not the seller's fault!

I bought most of my lipos from HobbyKing, and they don't slash your throat with International shipping fee in the process. I guess bigger company has more advantage with shipping fee over the little shops...
