Thanks for your response. Your 98 amps sounds safe using the MMM controller. So far I have been using my MMM with its internal BEC with good luck. Fan came on only once while using the Nue 1515 1.5y and m220 prop. Fan never came on using the big 580 9L motor and m220 prop. Factory default timing setting of 10 degrees was used for both motors.

Castle should be releasing a new boat controller soon.
