is it the esc or the reciver?!?!?!?!

i need help figuring out what is wrong with my boat, i was running it on 6s and wen i would give it wot it would have a quick burst and then die down to like 10-15mph wich is not normal when running on 6s. My esc is a seaking 120a wich i know arent that good but my reciver has also taken a couple of dips and spazez out every once in a while so im starting to think it could be my reciver. Any advice would be great i dont wana be outa the water too long.... thanks

    To clarify.
You have run this esc on 6S before ??
With this Rx and all was fine before ??
Can I assume that use a Rx pack or external Ubec
Were the packs charged ?? LVC can cause this type of problem.

    Trouble shooting.
Use another Rx and see what happens. If the same happens again then your esc is the first suspect.
    See it....find the photos.....sketch it it....build it........with wood

Sounds more like your batteries are taking a dive and the esc is approaching the cutoff voltage. When you let off of the throttle, the esc will reset and go again for a few feet and then do the same again.
