Rumrunner racing website update

Hey Fellas, thought I would give an update as far as I know on to what is happening over at RumRunner Racing.com

As everyone knows we were hacked, and the hack added quite a lot of code to the system, I am unsure when the system was backed up last, but we also had that black mask script running for awhile and apparently these worms added all kinds of crap. Instead of just doing a quick fix, Donnie and Don have Hired a guy to go through and try to fix all the code plus work on the galleries etc and it is taking a LONG time because we do not want to lose all the information. I am told it will be a few more days, however I have no firm date.

We thank you for your patience, and we hope to be up and running as quickly as possible.

Just for clarifications there were NO virus's being sent when logging in etc it was just an attack on the forum and the admin panel.

I have some great pics for the Nats and there is still cool stuff planned for the fall, so until then anybody want more info email me at [email protected]

Update

I got an email from Don that the software has been installed, the new security has been installed and the site will be moved to a new more secure server hopefully today and then we should be up and running, also the crap the guy put in has been removed and the culprit whoever this yahoo is is being pursued through legal means and a police friend of the wollards... but we know these bastids cover their tracks , anyway stand by boyz maybe today!!

Glad it's coming back soon, really really miss RRR!

I would suggest waiting for Ed to make the announcement in-case there are any other issues they are working out in the backend.

Try deleting your cookies and internet saved info.
