Dual flexs thru a single stuffing tube...

    That just looks bad...

you cant see it in the photo but they spectacular flip broke the motor mount of one side and cracked the steps in the tunnel
time now to add some carbon fibre and fix a few things

it was the stuffer tube came loose and span it self around, it nearly ended up straight. this was one of the artr apperition cats from rv&m. it has been running for about 18 months now, first with a 6s setup but know runs a 7xl on 4s, so its done rather well to stay togethor

Another possible cause is that the hull has too much flex in the motor mount area AND/OR the motor mount was detached from the hull then causing this damage.
First the motor mount was gone and then the flex & stuffing tube.
I 've seen in one of my boats where the hull flexes in the motor mount area and particularly with a heavy motor with no support at the enbell the fwd end of the stuffing tube was slightly expanded because of the up & down movement of the motor. This is my guess. Reinforce everything around the motor mount and glue the motor mount with a good epoxy (drying time over 30 mins) with fiber or carbon.

disar looking at it i think you are spot on. i had one of these cats and the motor mount broke as well, so i gutted it and added carbon fibre over the tunnel and sponsons
i have his boat at my place and have gutted it and already done the c/f work and new servo mount as they origonal was wood and coming loose, should be back in the water sunday for a run
