Lipo repair ?

I have a brand new set of Turnigy 3s 5000mah from Hobby King they were ran for a few minutes and one of the batteries gave up. Checking the battery with a meter 2 cells are showing voltage and one shows zero,I'm not familiar at all with the internals of these batteries but it seems that a connection was broken coming from this one cell and it shouldn't be that hard to repair. The only place I could think of to repair it was batteries plus but they say they will not touch lithium batteries and I got these from a trade with a friend so unfortunately I have no proof of purchase for a return so I guess the question is can it be repaired and if so who can do it

I am in Lockport, directly south of Raceland.Oh and I forgot to add that I cut the wrap off to look for broken connections and there were no obvious signs.

there is a guy on here and rcmonster forums...his name is lincpimp and he repairs and builds lipo's for a hobby (bussiness)......he is very good if you have a bad cell in a 3s he will make it a 2s if you want
