Is that a magnetic balancer? Mine does the same thing with absolutely no air in the room- if you bring a file or something ferrous near it, it starts spinning on its own..

there's a small animal (ant) on the bottom side of the shaft trying to find his way out while running make the shaft spin?
as I'm french I can't tell who's singin!

Drive dog
Hey, I think it is the drive dog grub screw that is hanging out causes the shaft to be out of balance and with the prop that is out of balance causes a continues rotation.

Well we have TWO winners. Our own notorious UB Hauled got it right in post # 12
It actually was an unplanned event ; got back from the kitchen & it was just spinning right along from the airflow from my window fan. I guess Jan gets to stroke his own head & keep his secrets !!
Dom, right you are. [ Anyone who needs some smilin' in their lives should tune into Bluegrass music, BTW]. Since Dom only got it half right, I'll send a bus ticket halfway, to say, around Irvine & he can walk the rest of the way to Legg Lake.
2-Lap this weekend & I need to up my P-Sport Hydro record some.
