    Delta Force 12(25"hull)

    comments and stuff
the hatch is very tight fit, with nothing to grip to pop it loose after the run. not a big problem, use a bit of the hatch tape you peeled loose(you did tape didn't you:)) and you can pull the hatch loose. for those of you thinking to run it on 7.2-7.4v, a feigao s-series motor just isn't big enough, get an L-series, there is more than enough room for it.

How do you like the hull? How does it handle?

well still dialing it in...initial thoughts, right now it seems to ride nice, BUT, that may change when I start to get some speed worked into it. the transom is a bit on the small size, so availible space disappears fast once you start installing hardware(although the octura offset strut/rudder should free up some space), if you get those nice ose adjustable turn fins, you should start with them adjusted up else they'll drag. CoG atm mine is at 26.5%. my limited testing seems to show that mild chop/wakes don't seem to upset the hull much(disclaimer still working on getting the speed up, so the chop thing might be different later on) I did see some pics of DF's racing at the Nat.s which seem to confirm this.

Just for the record... Delta Force Monos were used to set the new N2-Mono, N2-Offshore (25.5"), P-Mono, and P-Offshore (33") records...

They handle the power and speed JUST fine...

As an example... my 26" Dark Horse mono was almost unbeatable last year in O-Mono (8-cell)... This year, running 2S2P Lipos, AND carrying an extra 6-cells worth of ballast... I'm flying off the water as the speeds exceed 45mph... meanwhile, Brian and Greg, running their 25.5" Delta Force monos with the same power system, are LAPPING me...

Yes... they are THAT fast... Hopefully Steve has plenty in stock...
