    Hydro&Marine Viper

Anyone got any setup picture's of this Hull? Whats the speeds. Is this a good handling Hydro over 50mph, How does it compare to the Vac-U-Pickle? Thanks!

Yes, that's my hull and hardware.
I took her to 50 (or something like that) and she was very loose.
IMO this is a mid 40's hull.
I used a SV27 motor/ESC combo with a tweaked 445... she looked great and was pretty stable.

If you are looking for a hull capable of over 50 mph...and like hydro and marine. (I just bought my first h&m ...very nice construction) I would say go for their super sport .21 or sometimes called the mk11.

Thanks guys for the info, Im just wondering around looking for something to build, I still haven't convinced my self into another Phil Thomas hull yet, or any other hull of that matter, nothing sparks my eye.

How big a boat are you looking for? If you want a ~25" boat like the viper, I've got something you might be interested in.

                  Nate,
That's the only cowl for the boat. There's a reason for the cowl shape.

                  You have PM.

Please provide a price quote shipped to 34746 and describe the construction material, epoxy or ??, and the internal reinforcement.

                    Thanks,

Raptor - That is a GREAT looking hull design.

Nate - Have you made up your mind yet? Are you going to get a pickle? Randy is building oversized Zephyr's (27") at BBY. He claims they are much more stable and can handle the rougher waters that other boats can't. Definitely a nice design as well!

When I have the extra cash I have decided to buy Brian's Raptor rigger Kit or the Hydro hull he posted pic's in this thread.

Im looking to build a rigger, never had one , run one or built any type of rigger, but I know their killer fast on same setups as other Cats, mono's ect.

                          Nate,

this is the setup of a friend of mine here in Greece, I don't know about speeds... Hope you get a setup idea. On the other hand, Olivier from H&M is supplying full building instructions for every hull he sells. Only problem that he sends them in German... If you get it, do what I did, ask him for an electronic version of the setup instructions and run them through a translator, it will give you all the important info(measurements, Cog etc)

I have no idea, I am asking him to tell me the GPS speed but he seems to keep his mouth shut... As we speak I asked him again...
