DeltaForce copy, not bad for the money (I have the 29" version an dI love it) might need a bit of carbon fiber to reinforce the bottom, I would not get the RTR version just the hull!

Yep, I can let you know a little bit. HOR sold by Astec models in the UK, the same as a Prince 25 sold in the US. Both chinese knock off`s of the delta 25. Ran Mine with a feigao 12XL on 6 cells and an etti 150, Octura 442 prop, 47mph GPS.

I think it was a fluke that I did my first build with such a stable hull. It must be to do with the low profile and relatively flat V, since this I`ve tried the same set up in a OSE raider 25" and that was a disaster! I now have this setup in a 32!!

6s Lipo's, maybe it is overkill but I'm not running a hydro this is a mono.

no problem running 6S Lipo's and a 12XL in a 25" mono! just a bit heavy although it depends on the pack weight/capacity, is it big?

Nothing against knock off hulls, but I would buy the original, you then know what you are purchasing, and to be honest I do not like some company copying a design that the original guy spent a lot of time and money to develop a great hull. Look in the mirror, as that may be your job.

agree with you Douggie but think about it this way... DF are not distributed in Europe and it is even impossible to have the electric version in HK as they mostly run them with nitro/gaz engine, about a year ago, my brother in law who is steward for Air France went there, I gave him the address where to get these hull, nothing in stock! I really wanted to purchase one via OSE but the shipping cost from US to France are just HUDGE, simply unaffordable for me, the 29" did not cost me half of what I should have paid for the DF!

No question on the obscene costs to ship a large light weight package, and I hear you loud and clear. I am purchsing a boat from Raptor 347 and the cost to ship a 26" boat about 300km is probably going to be about $60 for a $150 purchase
