    Can Lipo batt be saved

The +/- wires accidently touch (2-3sec's) max - after soldering female connectors on both ends - tried to charge nothing the pack looks prefectly fine (in appearance) - My charger does not recognise or sees it when connected - Is there any way to save it???

It sounds like it blew apart one of the conections in the pack between the cells
I have one that is acting like this also (will not even work on the balance leads)
I will have to take the shrink wrap off and see
    Good luck

If you have the skills, you might want to carefully open the pack up and inspect it for damage. I know you know, but i'll say it anyway. You have to be very carefull with lipo batterys. I hope you get it working again, but I would not be a bit surprised if you killed the pack. Keep us informed!

This may or may not have been the case but....Never have two exposed connectors or wires. Solder one connector at a time and put heat shrink on it before you do the second lead.
If you do salvage the pack, I would watch it closely.

        Good luck and be careful,
