    Ahhhh!!!!

ive got the bug! i feel the need to build a boat but i have absolutley no idea what to build lol

i need some ideas but i have one requirement

it has to be able to use a feigao 380s motor or smaller

    thanks guys!!!!
    James

p.s. the reason for the motor size is that im on an extremely tight budget

Renegade rigger kit. Renegade kit + motor
    Nice fast easy cheap build.
I know of at least one that has a Feigao 380 in it, so I know it can be done.

For those condition, get a CAT. In my experience they handle the waves pretty well.

this is a darn good deal right now........this boat is already rigged and all you need is a motor, esc, servo and radio system

for $95 rigged you cant beat it....it handles much better then a sv27 and will haul but with a 380 motor in 3s

and they also run very good in mildly ruff water

excellent 25" boat...I'm building one right now

teach i lost the link to the rigger can you post it back up

bustit i was looking at those a couple days ago, thanks for the offer on the motor but i forgot to include that ive already got a feigao 380 11s. do you think that my little motor could handle something that big? one hull i was considering was the bby war zone jr which is 18 inches long with a 5 inch beam.

sailr i already have a micro scat cat ( although for now it has to be retired) and it was very fun to drive although i was kinda scared to really open it up as it was my first venture into the FE world.

im looking for something that is inexpensive and that i can really take my time on and make into my own creation. but what i cant express enouph is that costs have to be way down, or i have to go extremely slow with the build in order to get some really insane good stuff.

                    thanks guys!!

Some history......... Nine years ago David Hall and myself started talking about building a dirt simple competitive outrigger hydro. We had moderate success but that effort kind of fell off our "hot" priorities list. About 3 years ago our interest in the boat design once again re-surfaced...

I think you should do the Vac-u-duck man. It's on the website as "almost ready to swim"

Put a surface drive on that thing and imaging the irony... A rooster tail on a duck!

                            :)

Not a surface drive, but the SV27 powerplant inside.
