I am trying to upload a picture but cannot. I go to manage files,click browse,find the picture,click upload and it will not work. What am i missing. The picture is there it just will not upload.

Go here:
Click Browse and find your photo. Upload the photo from your computer, then click on the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" window. Now paste into your post where you want the photo. Voila!
