Anyone ever heard of one of these? A friend gave me one, and looks kinda old.

It is old.
It's a fun boat. My brother-in-law has one. I ran my SV27 with it. He wanted more speed out of it, so I gave him an SV27 motor and ESC. I also installed it for him. It's fast, but it needed turn fins.
He married my wife's sister, and the boat is now confined to his closet for an eternity

Yep. I know the boat. ABS plastic hull, brushed motor. solid shaft with U-joints. They still make them I think.

Is it white or yellow?
I'm looking for a white one, (CEN baja Boss 272)
If it's white, take care of it, because it's hard to find now

It has tons of issues, and is probably not worth messing with, but I may find an esc and different motor to put in it at some point and let my son have it. Its a yellow one. It does have kind of a cool looking hull though.

Yellow hull = Aquajet (easy to find)
White hull = Baja Boss 272 (hard to find)

It's not supposed to have an outboard!
