    Delta Force

Delta Force hulls are now in stock.
    http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/products.php?cat=9

You will find these prices very comparable to ebay at off ebay prices and shipping from in the USA.

Also a while back I stopped building custom race hulls. I just didn't have the time any longer. But I have a nitro friend that may start working for me. He builds wooden riggers and scale hydroplanes from scratch. I have been talking him into building some rtr Delta force hulls. A build like this is a breeze for a builder of his caliber!

just by adding up what I would buy for the hull(excluding radio & servo) I came up with $500...call it $535 with prop. granted some of what I chose might not be needed immediatley like the castle link, and you could get by using plain trim tabs(or make your own). if memory serves you can get rtr version from another site for about what I listed
      hardware list
      540 7l $60
      DR mount $7.50
      water jacket $20
      hydra 120 + link $203
      thrust bearing $7
      strut & rudder (oc6str_130, assembled) $76
those nice turn fins that everyone wants $30
      adjustable trim tabs $18
      edit
just went and checked the other site...considering I included a motor/esc I stand by my guesstimate! :)

Thats about right Rex. Than add a fm radio.
I used to charge $300 in labor to assemble a boat like that.
The end of next week I will be working with Phil to see how
long it will take him to do one. Than we will test our first hull.
The first one will be a 33".

They look really nice. They do lack freeboard. But that is just my preference. I bet they scream..:).

methinks the 7L would make a good sport runner, a 6L would prolly be a better choice for racing in the 7.4v(n2) class

It is my understanding that the bottom of these hulls near the transom (less the ride surface) is similar to the Seaducer. If that is the case you may find that you won't need turn fins or trim tabs.

right here is one of those (potentionally) thorny questions for the boat set-up wizards...assume a motor kv of 4000-4400(@7.4v) what(in your opinion) size prop would you use on the delta force 25? I know what I've tried and I'm not getting the speed I'd like. thanks
