    Damaged lipos?

Did some runs with my 5S setup on the BJ, and when taking it in for the last time i checked the voltage and got 3.50V on every cell, Decided to take another go with some new props, got it out on the water and was going easy on the trottle for maybe 1-2 min before hitting it hard. Got up to speed på slowed down fast.

Took it strait in and checked the voltage again, and for some reason it had decresed alot. On the 3S pack i got 3.09V on every cell, and got 3.0V on both the cells on the 2S pack. I charged the 3S pack up at 2A to the voltage was 3.70V on every cell before i stopped the charging. Hooking up the 2S pack to try some easy charging now.

Whats the chance that these packs are damaged and should i continue to run with them? They are Rhino's 3700Mah

I would try to charge them fully first then check them.

If your packs are reading 3.5 V resting, they are down to about 3.0V under load. I wouldn't have taken them out for another run being that low.
When they came in with resting voltages of 3.0 volts the voltage under load would have been lower.
Do you have a Lipo shield or LVC in your ESC, because if you do it might not be working properly if it is allowing the voltages to drop that low.
I make it a rule never to run a pack if the resting voltage is 3.75V or less.
For a 50-60A load you're looking at about 1/2 Volt drop.
Did the packs puff at all? If not they should be fine.
Charge them fully & make sure they balance.
      Cheers.

They are not fully charged when showing 3.5V, will try charging them fully and then take a reading.

3S pack is now fully charged and showing 4.19V on all 3 cells.
2S pack is still charging and so far showing 4.0V on both cells.

Think they are still OK, what do you guys think?

If they are not deformed and have the volts that you say I think you are OK, don't worry. Always use the lipo cutoff on your ESC and from the moment you the speed-power decreased bring back the boat and stop running it or change-charge the lipos.
