A Servo Question, KG ratings how do we convert them?

Looked at servos on several sites on the net and most all list a Kg torque rating. What is the method for converting that? I tried to just convert the kg to oz and man there is no way that is correct. I was coming up with some over 500oz in.

    help appreciated

go to onlineconversion.com. Find torque on the list, then choose kg-cm and oz-in, then type in the value you want to convert. Or 1 kilogram-centimeter=13.887386557 ounce-inch if you want to do the math yourself (I don't-lol)
