Spektrum question

Does any one know if you can use a DX6 or DX7 6 & 7 channel receivers with a DX3 tx????????

I know a man that would probly know. Dennis @ Deeteeenterprises.com He is a big time heli guy that sells those systems. I bug him alot and he has never been unable to answer a question.

Ya know....cause the dx6&7 rx'es are 35 bucks as aposed to 65 to 80 for the 3000 and 3001 3 channel units..I don't get it. I'm workin with a withering budget here....lol. After the wedding now...:D. I'll be buildin somthin...really nice:D.
