Futaba 4PV giving RF ERROR

Good day...anyone else had/have this problem? My Futaba 4PV radio in the middle of a race just disconnected from the receiver. When i got the boat back and turn everything back on the radio is saying RF ERROR and would not bind to the receiver for any model in the radio. HELP!!!

Never heard of that problem before. Probably best to reach out to Futaba USA or on their FB page.
