Problems of range with Futaba T4PM

Hello guys was today trueing the new Futaba T4PM with R304SB RX and had some curing of signal about 100m any body have answer? Posible problem of RX better R334SBS

The R334SBS has a dual, diversity antenna, which could improve your range. The R304SB has only the single antenna. Was the end damaged by chance? It should be stripped back 31.2mm. How high above the hull does the antenna extend?

Hello in theory is all good and the antenna is 40cm and comes out approx 25-30 from the hull

Sounds like you already replaced the stock short antenna with a longer one. You might check that the antenna is still connected to the board inside the receiver.
