Quanum GPS Logger V2

Need help with this. I turn it on wait for it to say "success" go to logging then hit enter. When I come back in the most it will show on Max Speed is between 4.6 and 5.2 km/hr. Any suggestions ? Just not picking up speed like it should. Also the date and time are wrong. Thanks for any suggestions.
