    Futaba 4PLS question.

My Local shop here gave me a good deal on a 4PLS with a R304SB receiver along with 5 extra - R203GF receivers.

My big question is seeing that I use regular (not digital) servos, I have to set my transmitter to T-FHSS (normal speed NOT high speed)for the R304SB
and S-FHSS (normal speed NOT high speed)for the R203GF receivers.

The Manual says something along the line of that you should use the High rate for Brushless ESC's
To use the High rate I will have to buy all Digital servos.

I use Hitec HS 225MG's and HS 625MG's now
Anybody have any trouble using regular (not digital) servos, with Futaba Radio and Brushless ESC's??

    Hi Larry,

I just started using the stick version of this radio (4GRS). Its the same software. While my time has been limited, I have had zero issues using brushless controllers on the THF-NR setting. And, Yes, I am using an analog servo in the boat that has been tested.

    Thanks
    Mike

Thank You Mike for the radio information. We have the CAN AM in two weeks, and I did not want to start changing all my servos right now, Maybe over the winter I will.

One other Question for you- when you updated the Hyperion chargers, you updated them to 5.9
I picked up another one, on the web site I could only update to 5.8
Everything works fine, but I was wondering?

            EOSO 615i DUO 3

I downloaded the update for the charger and installed it.
After all was said and done, when you turn the charger on it say's V5.8
The two that you updated say V5.9

They do seem to work the same.
            So all should be good.
