boat goes in and out of failsafe sometimes throttle gets stuck

Here is my setup for starters I have a fighter cat cheetah fiberglass version with carbon kevlar inlay Leopard 180a esc (seaking (180a V2) with a cap bank, TP 4060 1720kv motor Flysky GTB3 TX RX i run it on 5s 2p and ocasionally on 6s 2p with x642 prop.

Here is my issue ever since I added this high torque servo and extended my wires from the esc all the way to the back to the reciever my cheetah has been going into failsafe or loosing signal and sometimes the throttle gets stuck, I wonder if the carbon fiber Kevlar inlay is just to much for the flysky radio and reciever even with the antenna sticking out. Or maybe its just time to run a seperate UBEC even the glitch buster is not working anymore im really confused i'm scared the boat will go out of control or even worse skip out the water and hurt someone. It happens when I romp on the throttle hard or turning real hard on the throttle. Or I can just be just going for a speed pass and it will glitch out almost kinda like hitting a LVC I tried a new flysky reciever same thing happens

    I got my motor timing a 15.00

You can see the esc is way up front and the reciever is behind the glitch buster and servo right against the transom wire is long to keep it looking clean.

I put alot of work into this boat and i'm afraid to drive it and hurt someone

    Several issues here:
When you extended the wire from the ESC to the receiver, it is longer and now internal resistance is up and make sure the pins connect well. The quality of the wire also is a consideration.
A high torque servo extracts more current and although I think the ESC's BEC can handle it, it is causing the hiccups as the rx is experiencing "brown out". You mentioned that it happens when you step on the gas pedal and crank the steering wheel..............
You also say it is like hitting LVC----what batteries are you using? Tired batteries and lesser quality batteries will drop their voltage when such deeds are performed, usually mimicking the occurance of LVC.

The FlySky has a very long range and if the antenna is outside, the CF should not be an issue. I have a number of my boats that I use this radio with and I routinely test the fail safe by holding part throttle ( no WOT bench testing !!!) and turning off the tx, motor should stop.
Since you already tried a new rx, it is also conceivable that your Tx is faulty. Although it is unlikely IMO.
Last question: is your boat dry inside?
Too many boats, not enough time...

I put a thread up about this with my 180a V3 going full throttle after losing signal.

However, this is under a very specific scenario. Mainly doing a throttle calibration and running the boat without first turning of the ESC. The boat will go full throttle if it loses connection. You must make sure to turn off your ESC after doing a calibration of the throttle with the 180a ESC.
