I'm tried of fishing the antenna up the antenna tube when swapping rx's from boat to boat.

Steven I keep my wire tucked inside the hull. It's like that in the Jolly & also worked very well in the SV, BJ26, H&M SN1 & Mause bullit. If you remember my blue water run video where I crossed the lake to the tune of about 700 feet away the radio was flawless. Thats the DX3 & SR3000 rx's.

I use small 2" antennas on my boats (all with Spektrum) and have no problems. But they are all soldered to the receiver wire as I try to have a receiver for each boat.

I received this from Andy Kunz, who is now working on radio systems for Horizon Hobby. Very cool new job he picked up!!!

"Won't work. The actual antenna on the 2.4G radios is only the last
inch. If you feel it, you can find there is a slight bump. That's
where the center wire (antenna) exits the coax section (surrounding
          mesh)."
