I use that radio almost expressly on everything marine I got. It is a great radio and the price
                  can not be beat.

I coated mine in corrosion x and it didnt matter.

I coated 6 in epoxy and it messed up all 6...

Ive had 3 go bad now after getting wet in various amounts. My observations are if there is ANY water in it then its junk.

I think I have 10 of these receivers and all work great for me..

Sounds like epoxy and corrosionX is not the way to go for waterproofing receivers per Basstronics. I also have 10 or so Flysky Rx's that I took apart when first purchased and coated with spray on clear Liquid Electrcal Tape sealant and have had zero problems - even though some have been under water while running! After using Airtronics brand and paying up to $90 per receiver, Flysky is allowing me to enjoy the hobby much more. Nothing wrong with this radio system, I'll vouch for that!

I had one get wet, Put it in a bag of rice for 2 days then sprayed it with liquid electric tape and still work fine.
