Will HK RX work with Tactic TX?

Will this RX (http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s..._Receiver_3Ch_) bind to the Tactic transmitter? Do any other cheap receivers bind to it?

Don't know about the one you posted, would kind of doubt that it does. But the one from Tower Hobbies is the same as the Tactic and a little cheaper. Just has a different label on it.
