Hello everyone!
I recently obtained a 48inch Rico offshore mono hull. It?s a little rough around the edges but still solid. It came with a nitro engine in it built by Bonzi with a lot of extras. I myself am more of a fan of electric due to racing 1/8 scale E truggys. After some hull restoration, I plan to drop the power plant in. I recently bought a 43 challenger mono hull with some electronics in it to see how that boat performs so I have a better idea on what to put in the Rico boat. It has a TP 5660 with a ZTW 300amp ecu. My question is.. is this a decent set up for the rico hull? Anything that I should worry about? Not sure on what cell I plan to run. Maybe 8-10 cell. I would like to be capable of 55mph+ but safely! All advice appreciated! Thank you!
