    Video of Bearing differences

Difference between German made bearing vs Chinese.

Where can I get some German bearings?

No surprise there! Boca Bearings and Acer Racing bearings spin like that German made one.

          Boca all the way, ceramics.

          Anybody try full ceramics yet?

I don't doubt the difference in manufacturing but you can show that much difference just by choice of lubrication.

Not to mention performance under load radially, axially, and at operating temp.

I've used Acer ceramics in an HPI baja sc that I turned into a drag truck. I forgot to mention VXB makes great bearings too.

This. One bearing could have just a little bit of grease or thick oil and spin a lot less. Then the other one could be very lightly oiled with ultra thin oil or even completely dry and it will spin a lot longer. Easy to trick people with a video.

On my skate bearings I used to remove the covers and scrub them out with mineral spirits and then a water bath. Spin for days with no lubricant at all. Can't skate on them that way but they sure spin free when clean and dry.
