    lehner motor coupler

    help guys i need a motor coupler for my lehner 1930/8 . it has a 4mm shaft and i need a coupler to fit a 3/16 flex . ive looked it seems everywhere with no luck . any input would be greatly appreciated .

    Should be a 5mm. Are you sure?

      its the low amp version here are some pics ! its the motor on pic 1 . it has a coupler on it and its a 4mm to 4mm .

        Photos are not high enough rez (to small) Must be a very old motor Those used to always be 5mm.

          That is one of Hydro&Marine's stock sizes, but if it was a very unusual combo you cant find anywhere they also do custom couplings in .1mm increments.

          1920s and 1930s have always been, and still are available with a choice of 1/8", 4mm, or 5mm shafts. Longer 1940s and 1950s are limited to 5mm shafts to prevent shaft whip.
          The situation is similar with their other motors where 1515-1535 are available with the same 3 shaft sizes, but 1540s remove the 1/8" option. Likewise 2230-2250 are available with 5mm or 8mm shafts, but 2260 and 2280 only in 8mm (though I do have an old 5mm 2280 so I know they have limited some of them recently).
