Water jacket for TP Power Motor

Well, I bought this motor : TP Power 3630 2200KV with the required water jacket (TP POWER) and I cannot get the O rings into the jacket. I watched the Youtube video and attempted to try it and there's no way the O ring will fit into the jacket.
Anybody using one of these motors have some suggestions?

It will fit but it will drive you nutz....lol
when I did mine I had go around the can
pushing the o ring into the groove about
4 or 5 times. you could put the o ring in
the freezer and the can out in the sun
right before trying it again. it may gain you a
little more room. if you cant get it you
can send it to me and i'll put them in for you.

Thanks. I'm going to keep trying. Seems like a bass ackwards way of doing it. I've installed a couple other jackets on motors and never had this trouble before. They are all different.

I just pushed it in with my finger.
push it down in the groove as hard
as you can and work your way around.
the bump in the o ring will start to get smaller.
it does help to be part nutz to begin with...lol

I just can't get the ring to stay in place; it flops around and counter torques. I even tried a guitar pick and only ended up ruining one of the rings.
I am now considering to use Permatex black silicone adhesive-sealant instead.
