Leo Motor amps.

Looking at the 3660/2050 KV motor for my JAE 21 FE....how many amps should I look for? will be using a 4S pack.

It all depends on the prop with the JAE riggers. You can prop small and pull 75 amps, or prop up to pull well over 125 amps; better batteries will also pull more amps.

I would choose an ESC with a minimum of 120 amps. An m445 should be a safe place to start, you could probably go up to an x646. A longer motor would allow an even bigger prop and higher speeds.

Thanks for the reply. I bought the hardware kit for the JAE 21FE and a TFL 1450 prop was included. I assume this prop was matched to the Aqua Craft motor. Somewhere I've got and ESC for it....somewhere.
The Zipp Kits site also mentioned people were using the Leo 3674/2200KV motor.
