Tp power 4070 2y

Anyone know what timing I should run on a t180 esc with a tp power 4070 2y (2200kv) on 4s2p in a 29" sprintcat also a Swordfish 200 8s esc with a neu 1527 1y (1250kv) 6s2p in a 33" mono? Does less timing than what a motor should run make more heat and amps?
