Long time overdue change to neu motors

I just got a custom wound neu in the mail today. Because of that it was built a week ago. I'm looking it over and notice something. There now a molded boot assy inside the motor that runs through the holes in the end cap to protect the wires from shorting out. Long overdue. That (in my opinion) is one major defect with these motors because they were using just heat shrink to protect the wires. Hey we all know that most heat shrink will cut, tear or wear easily. I was drilling the pass through holes bigger and putting two layers of marine heat shrink or using other things to protect them. Not anymore! Awesome!

It's hard to see but look through the holes and you'll see the base of the boot
