Castle creations neu 1415 collet/collar. Proboat shockwave 26

Hey guys, I apologize if this is the wrong place I wasn't too sure where to put this. I recently purchased a proboat shockwave 26, I decided it need more speed so I bought a neu castle 1415.

Here's my issue, the diameter of the castle motor shaft is 1/8(3.17mm), the old motor is 5mm, so where do I get a collet that'll work. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am new to rc boating. I don't know the size of the flex shaft diameter.

The other option is buying the replacement rotor with 5mm shaft. Obviously more expensive than just buying a collet, but the 1/8" shafts are the weak link if the driveline has alignment or other issues.

I sent you the spacer with it. What's the problem? I have the same motor in my shockwave with the same spacer. It's worked flawless. I also have the same motor and spacer in the vac u pickle. Again, flawless. Put you a drop of loctite on the sleeve, slide it in the collect making sure one of the set screws goes through the spacer and hits the motor shaft. Let it dry overnight. You'll be fine. Here's the motor in my shockwave
