What kv Leo 3674 for 4S sport DF 29?

Hi All,
Poking around the forum and trying to get a first build plan going. Right now thinking Delta Force 29 with a Seaking 120 and Leopard 3674. I'll likely be using large 2S2P batteries if that matters. I see recommendations for 25k RPM for sport use. Is this freewheeling RPM or loaded? I guess freewheeling would be the 1700 version? It doesn't seem like anyone uses that low an RPM. See a lot of the 2200kv mentioned. Reliability number 1 goal I guess. What do you guys suggest? 1700, 1900, or 2200? Thanks!

Sorry for replying to my own post but I am thinking I'll go with the 2Y 1700. When I feel the need for more speed on open water I'll bump it up to 5S. If anyone has any thoughts or experiences I would love to hear them. Thanks!

I ran the 1700 in a Titan 29 and it Was awesome!
On windy choppy days I ran 4s and better days 5s.
You could always prop up a bit on 4s and prop down on 5s to achieve similar speeds.

Is the Titan 29 a more stable rough water hull than the DF 29? Worth the extra cost in other words?

No idea dude. I've never owned a df29. Heard they're awesome in their own rites tho
