pwm and timing for my neu 1527 1y

I was wondering if someone could tell me what pwm setting would be the best for my neu 1527 1y motor as well as the best timing setting. My esc is a swordfish 240a.. Thanks for any input.

8 htz and 10 degrees for a 1Y.
