I am looking at putting this motor into my pursuit boat I am running a 180 amp seaking on 4s looking for all out speed. Give me some input please

You can use the 1900kv and prop up, what prop are you using right now? The 2650 will work but you need to be carefull on prop choice.

Why not go a 4074 2200 kv spin a M445 or M447
I think 2650kv will need to small a prop to push the boat.

I have a 642 on it now the reason for the 36 mm motor is I am just getting into this hobby ant the boat came with a 36 mm motor so the leopard is just a derect replacement same size slips right in no changes. I have read the 4074 2200 kv is the standard for this hull I am sure for good reason but I chose a 3674 in 3650 kv

I went a leopard 4082 in my pursuit. I just bought a generic 40mm engine mount with rear cradle for cheap off eBay and just swapped it out to hold the 40mm motor in the pursuit. I'm pretty new at this but my 2000kV motor on 5S seems to run quite well.

Seems like the 3674 1900kv and the x642 would give it some decent speed..............mid-high 40's? Are you running 1p or 2p?

I would go with a 2200kv 4074 Leopard with the x642 if you haven't already bought a motor...............or even a 4082

The 3674 2650kv will not be any faster due to you having to run a smaller prop......................not worth it, if you are going to upgrade then do it right
