motor maintance

Just wondering, what kind, how often and is it necessary does one do maintenance on a brushless motor and how difficult. Just sport running not racing. Newbie to sport ran boat last season maybe 25 times. Have 40" deep vee Leopard 5692 - 730kv on 10 cell, runs nice and cool @ middle 50's. Thanks for any and all replies.

I pull mine out after each days run and treat it with corrosionX then oil the bearings

Also do this after storage or before.. do an inspection of your drivetrain and grease/lubricate as required.....check prop for balance.
