Timing question for D wind motors

I had a leopard motor that was a 2D wind and I have my timing on my SK 180 set at 3.75 but then swapped motors and put a 5D wind motor. Temps where much higher with it. Should I adjust my timing in either direction?

Did you make any other changes...prop? The timing should be fine where you have it. Expect to see higher temps with more load. How high by the way?

What sizes and kv's were the motors? I would think a lot would need to change in your setup, sounds like a big change in kv.......
