Has anyone had contact or received anything from Neu Motors?

No one is answering the phone, the voice mail box is full, and I haven’t received a reply back from email. I sent them a motor just following the NAMBA FE Nationals (early July). I received a phone call months ago and I agreed to get a NEW replacement motor and it would “take a couple of weeks” to get built. Now I am getting nothing but crickets and no way of contacting anyone.

I am well aware of the timing to get items repaired from NEU and I also consider myself a relative patient person, but this is getting slightly frustrating.

I just got off the phone with Lisa (ext. 1) - she was out for a few days for a family emergency. Call her. I asked her about your motor . It's " still waiting for a stator"

I was hitting option 4 as instructed on their website.
