    Help! Lehner bearing replacement

    How do you get a Lehner 3060 apart to replace the bearings??

    As I recall the PTO end screws off...but it's opposite thread (lefty tighty). Mount the motor to a length of 1/8" aliminum with the motor screws, grab the motor housing and turn it off. That's how I remember anyway...

        Honestly it is much easier if you have the right tools. A good friend made me a set of squeeze wrenches exactly for 19, 22 and 30 series Lehners. If you are willing to send me the motor I can do this for you.

                Mike, you can order the motor directly from Lehner. Brian Watts at Rocket city racing also can order them if you prefer to use a US dealer. Prices are very similar.
