I'd start with a smaller prop first. Where did you get the hull from? Not sure if that esc will cut it, probably would be safer on 5s instead of 6s. Your your planning on racing it, that kv motor might be a little high strung for long term reliability.

I agree with a smaller prop. An m445 on 6S with that motor should push into 60's. As for 5S being safer I think 6S with an appropriate prop will pull less amps. The only other factor would be at higher RPM the chance of the rotor shaft flexing. On 6S the loaded RPM will be in the low 30k range an I would hope the leopard would hold up?

I would go 5s. the 4092 is more powerful than a 4082, you will pull a LOT of amps with a 452 on 6s with that setup.

We are running a 4092 1730kv prather 230 s/b on 6s using a T180 esc temps been averaging 105...tried a prather 235 temps/amp draw were pushing the limits. That setup is in a pursuit, we run a 4082 2000kv T180 m445 s/b on 6S in my buddies cheetah and thats pushing the limits. I definately agree with the suggested dropping of your prop size. Something around 42-45mm would be a better starting point....we also run additional capbanks, so our T180 esc's can handle more than the stock version.... DJ
