    Castle vertigo out runners?

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but castle has some new out runners for helis that may cross over nicely into some boating applications.

I purchased a Castle Vertigo 34-24-1800 Kv motor from Castle 3 to 4 years ago. It looks just like the motors in the promo pics. Mine is of very decent quality with performance similar to a ProBoat 1800 RTR motor except it will spin a bigger prop. I didn't use it very much but will again. I can't say if the current motors are the same as mine.

I purchased the same one way back when castle was dumping all their bigger 15 and 17 series motors. I ran the 1800 in a little blackjack 26 and was pretty impressed by it.

Actually their pricing is under Scorpion's for similar motors. True, they are not $50 motors from HobbyKing - thank goodness.

If I can get a good deal through tower I might purchase the 1175kv version to compare it in the atomik arc's 1100kv T-600. It would be interesting to see how the two match up.
