We need to know the type of windnings in the can - Y or D. Based on the 19T designation it is probably a Y wind. Still, start with low timing (0-5*) just in case and see how the boat runs. Advance to medium timing (5-15*) and run for one minute (use a watch) and check for higher temps. If it is not a D wind, then between 10* and 15* should work well.

Y or D, don't know! Where do you get the 19T designation?
All the specs I have are:
      TURNIGY XK3665-B-2300KV 4 pole
      Max Amps: 76A
Max Volt: 14.8VI Max Watts: 1125W
      Rpm/V: 2300kv (19T)
      Resistance: 0.0101 ohms
      No-load Current: 2.3A(7.4V)

      I haven't seen, heard or felt any difference between 3.75/7.7/11.25 or 15*. I haven't tried 0 or above 15*
      Thx

        19T

Are the temps higher with one timing or another?

Not really, no temp gauge but pretty much felt the the same for the all the runs.
