If I was to hazard a guess - it is a 3.5D wind. Some Tacons are kinda Leopard clones, and Leopard's 3674/1900 motor is a 3.5D. That means low timing, which probably wouldn't hurt a Y wind although it would be slower. The Y motors like more timing, 10-15*.
