Hey I have a 23" delta force sniper, I have a spare leopard 3650 2290 KV motor and a 120amp seaking esc, the boat has a 440 octra prop 38mm. Will this combo work and what would be the best LIPO setup.

Two things. Your setup should work on 4S (14.8 volts) but you confused me with the Octura 440 prop and 38mm. All Octura props state their diameter with the last two numbers. So a X440 or M440 Octura prop is 40 mm in diameter, unless you cut it down and then it would be closer to a X438.

I have a mini sniper I run on 3s2p with a 2600kv motor and a detounged x438. Your setup should scream on 4s with that prop as you are turning several thousand more rpms than mine. I'd run two 2s 4000's minimum......... and if your prop is 40mm, thats too big imo..............38mm max. Is yours a 40mm cut down?
