timing for a 6 pole turnigy trackstar 4068 2550kv

Just wondering what I should set the timing at, using a Fightercat esc so timing beween 1/30 degress is available. running it on 4s

Start at 3 degrees like almost any motor and go from there. more timing = more heat.
Wait until fall to play with increased timing when the water is much cooler. If it stutters at all increase to 10 degrees.
